GX-11: Inmarsat BGAN C11 LVUT
The Glocom's GX-11 is an Inmarsat BGAN Class 11 land vehicular user terminal designed to support a variety of services including IP packet data (up to 407 kbps in shared channel), Streaming (32, 64, and 128kbps), 3.1KHz audio for fax and secured voice, and low-rate AMBE telephony circuit-switched voice services. GX-11 operates under the Inmarsat 4th generation satellites on global coverage. The outdoor unit (ODU) features a patch-array antenna, a 2-axis stabilizer with automatic satellite tracking, a GPS receiver, and a front end RFU. The Indoor unit (IDU) contains an enhanced C10 core module with crystal oscillator durable for the marine shock/vibration environment, a wide-range (10 to 32 vdc) DC/DC Power Module and an Interface Module housed in a ruggedized chassis shock mount for desk top or rack installation. GX-11 is lightweight, compact, and low-cost - ideal for border patrol, emergency relief, and special cargo transit.
